El mismo habla de una generaci\u00f3n que busca tener voz propia y estar presente en las plataformas sociales y de la cantidad de \u201cexpertos\u201d que se fundamentan en tecnicismos, pero que pierden el norte al olvidar cu\u00e1l es el verdadero valor de una marca.<\/p>\n<p>Nos ense\u00f1a a empeque\u00f1ecer nuestros negocios a su m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n para poder entenderlo, para ver cual es el diferencial, para conocer a nuestros consumidores. Achicar el negocio a la m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n es tener la capacidad de conocer al usuario y hablarle de manera directa y entender que el branding es la esencia, el alma, la voz y los valores que queremos comunicar como marca.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4410 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/jlvcolombia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Angela-blones.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"491\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Considerando que los procesos de comunicaci\u00f3n necesitan de un per\u00edodo de \u201csiembra\u201d que ser\u00eda el momento de exposici\u00f3n de la marca y ya el momento gratificante viene con el reconocimiento de la marca que hemos creado y cultivado con tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda y tras hablar de llevar a la m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n el negocio, los micro influenciadores son los que llevan m\u00e1s credibilidad. Son personas que cuentan con grupos peque\u00f1os y focalizados de usuarios que conf\u00edan en lo que dicen, que se vinculan con el influenciador, que se ven representados por \u00e9l y por ende creen en lo que ense\u00f1an y ofrecen en sus plataformas sociales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es esa la magia y la din\u00e1mica a la que deber\u00edamos apuntar: vincularnos con nuestros seguidores, hacernos parte de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda, m\u00e1s a\u00fan cuando tenemos en cuenta que seg\u00fan las cifras presentadas, hay un promedio aproximado de 4.39 mil millones de internautas diarios, de los cuales 3.48 millones se conectan diariamente a las diferentes plataformas sociales y pasan 6 horas del d\u00eda conectados a ellas, lo cual hace \u00a0innegable que la huella digital ha adquirido relevancia en el contexto actual.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, debemos ser cercanos, disruptivos, constantes, es con personas con quienes estamos hablando. \u00a0Con este congreso entendimos mejor qu\u00e9 caminos tenemos para comunicar como marca, para contar nuestra historia, para empezar a tener presencia en redes: hablamos de storytelling, de la importancia del branding personal y diferencial, de entender realmente qu\u00e9 es lo que estamos haciendo como negocio, para poder posicionarnos.<\/p>\n<p>Algo que nos caus\u00f3 impacto es la sencillez de los argumentos, pensar en qu\u00e9 es lo que queremos ser, establecer objetivos que sean claros y coherentes con lo que estamos buscando, teniendo en cuenta que debemos responder estas preguntas b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n<p>*\u00bfQu\u00e9 queremos ser?<\/p>\n<p>*\u00bfQui\u00e9nes queremos que nos vean?<\/p>\n<p>*\u00bfC\u00f3mo queremos que nos vean?<\/p>\n<p>*\u00bfD\u00f3nde queremos que nos vean?<\/p>\n<p>*\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? (Es ah\u00ed donde entra nuestro diferenciador)<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n debemos ser conscientes que un mismo objetivo no est\u00e1 pensado para mantenerse por toda la eternidad inalterable, lo ideal es ir abordando de manera temporal cada objetivo propuesto y hacerlo cuantificable.<\/p>\n<p>Para conectar con los usuarios las marcas necesitan:<\/p>\n<p>*Tener una identidad definida<\/p>\n<p>*Tener una personalidad de marca clara<\/p>\n<p>*Una comunicaci\u00f3n cercana con sus usuarios<\/p>\n<p>*Y plantearse el tema de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como proyectamos lo que somos, haci\u00e9ndolo como lo hacemos y mostr\u00e1ndolo con nuestras palabras (les estamos ense\u00f1ando nuestro \u201cidioma\u201d de marca).<\/p>\n<h3>ECUACI\u00d3N PERFECTA:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Identidad de marca definida<\/strong> + Personalidad de marca clara = <strong>\u00c9xito.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hay ocasiones en que nuestra plataforma social no tiene como fin generar ventas, lo cual se le hace dif\u00edcil de entender a los negocios, puesto que es obvio que, si invierto en hacer una cuenta, pagar por im\u00e1genes bellas entre otros, espero obtener resultados tangibles e inmediatos. Est\u00e1 en nosotros mostrar que una casa bonita si \u00a0vende, y no s\u00f3lo eso, genera adem\u00e1s credibilidad y soporte para que el cliente se encuentre completamente seguro de lo que va a adquirir.
