A partir de aqu\u00ed, se les acompa\u00f1a, mediante el contenido apropiado para cada una de las fases del proceso de compra y su perfil, hasta la transacci\u00f3n final, siempre de forma \u2018amigable\u2019. La Buyer Persona es un personaje ficticio que construyes de acuerdo a tu cliente final ideal. Puedes tener varias Buyers Personas, porque evidentemente tu marca no necesariamente tiene solo un tipo de cliente. El proceso puede llegar a ser muy divertido. La idea es darles nombre, cara, rutina diaria y costumbres a ese cliente final. Tener varios nos ayuda mucho en el siguiente paso:<\/p>\n<h3><b>Buyer\u2019s Journey<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Este elemento es sumamente importante en los negocios digitales. Imag\u00ednalo as\u00ed: si tienes una tienda en un centro comercial puedes notar c\u00f3mo se comporta cada cliente al entrar al establecimiento: qu\u00e9 le llama la atenci\u00f3n, a d\u00f3nde se dirige, qu\u00e9 producto lo engancha. Igual es en lo digital: las anal\u00edticas te muestran todo lo que hacen los visitantes de tu negocio digital. Construir entonces el viaje digital que hace tu cliente al entrar a tu sitio es vital para saber en qu\u00e9 p\u00e1ginas colocar ciertos productos: pop-ups, ofertas, e-books gratis, cursos, invitaciones a eventos\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>Entonces, ve\u00e1moslo desde 2 perspectivas: la del comprador y la de tu departamento de Marketing: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Antes de decidir si comprar cierto producto, el cliente pasa por 4 etapas: Concienciaci\u00f3n (Awareness), Investigaci\u00f3n (Investigation), Decisi\u00f3n (Decision), Acci\u00f3n (Action) = AIDA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s. Es fundamental hacer lo posible porque nuestra marca est\u00e9 presente en cada etapa<\/p>\n<p>Antes de definir una estrategia para mercadear un producto, el equipo de <a href=\"http:\/\/jlvbusiness.com\/co\/que-es-el-inbound-marketing\/\">Inbound Marketing<\/a> debe tomar en cuenta siempre 4 objetivos o etapas: Atraer, Convertir, Educar, Cierre y Fidelizaci\u00f3n.
