En ocasiones, cuando las necesidades se traducen o enuncian en objetos espec\u00edficos nos encontramos con los deseos, es decir, los deseos son necesidades orientadas hacia satisfactores espec\u00edficos para el individuo.<\/p>\n<p>La demanda es el deseo de adquirir un producto, pero con el agregado de que se tiene que tener la capacidad de adquirirlo (econ\u00f3mica, de acceso, legal).<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el marketing no crea las necesidades, pues estas son inherentes a las personas, el practicante de marketing orienta los deseos y estimula la demanda de determinado producto y marca; ej: necesidad de saciar la sed, deseo de tomar gaseosa, demanda de bebida cola marca xx.<\/p>\n<p>Valor y Satisfacci\u00f3n: el valor es la relaci\u00f3n que establece el cliente entre los beneficios (funcionales, status, etc..) que percibe del producto que se ofrece y los costos (econ\u00f3micos, tiempo, esfuerzos) que representa adquirirlo.<\/p>\n<p>Otros elementos como la simplificaci\u00f3n en la toma de decisi\u00f3n de compra, la lealtad y la jerarquizaci\u00f3n de beneficios han sido incluidos en el desarrollo de la oferta, a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n de propuestas de valor orientadas a configurar productos y servicios que satisfagan \u00f3ptimamente las necesidades y deseos de los individuos a quienes van dirigidas.<\/p>\n<p>El grado de satisfacci\u00f3n es el estado an\u00edmico de bienestar o decepci\u00f3n que se experimenta tras el uso de un bien. Y si bien la satisfacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 vinculada a criterios de comparaci\u00f3n y expectaci\u00f3n, donde la percepci\u00f3n sobre la oferta tiene un lugar muy relevante, se ha demostrado que el desempe\u00f1o real de la oferta en la atenci\u00f3n de necesidades, deseos y bienes de orden tiene un efecto m\u00e1s duradero y sostenible en ella, raz\u00f3n por la cual la mercadotecnia estrat\u00e9gica transita de la simbolizaci\u00f3n a la configuraci\u00f3n de la oferta.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La necesidad es un estado interno de tensi\u00f3n provocado cuando no existe un equilibrio entre lo requerido y lo que se tiene o posee.
