Tambi\u00e9n, las din\u00e1micas de marcas nuevas que nacen con el deseo de desafiar a las grandes, para comenzar a ocupar un lugar en el coraz\u00f3n de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Las situaciones que generalmente est\u00e1n sobre la mesa hablan mayormente de lo obvio: El consumidor ya no es fiel, ha cambiado. Decir que tenemos la mejor calidad ya no es suficiente. Ahora estamos expuestos a mucha informaci\u00f3n, la era digital etc. Y cada una de estas situaciones se encuentra argumentada por rigurosos reportes cuantitativos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Pero la pregunta es: \u00bfC\u00f3mo estamos resolviendo lo m\u00e1s elemental y b\u00e1sico del ser humano per se?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son pocas las veces que se habla del tema a tratar hoy, y digo a tratar porque no\u00a0es una verdad absoluta, es un tema que a\u00fan se encuentra en discusi\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n. Estamos llenos de m\u00e9todos, informaci\u00f3n, lo cual hace que olvidemos f\u00e1cilmente que el centro de cada uno de nuestros objetivos han de ser las personas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las personas cambian, se desarrollan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las etnias y culturas: La generaci\u00f3n con mayor diversidad a nivel \u00e9tnico se est\u00e1 gestando en este momento, y no se debe \u00fanicamente a las migraciones. Nuestra apertura cultural es asombrosa, son cada vez m\u00e1s las ciudades del mundo que tienen la oportunidad de tener personas de todos los lugares.
